    SHIPPING POLICY

    What if an item is defective or it is not what I ordered?
    It is rare for your shipment order to contain a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. If you don't wish to receive a replacement item, we will gladly refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit/voucher if you would like to return the item. Subject to the following: If UPS ground or FedEx ground is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If Overnight, Priority, 2 day, or 3 day services is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you in the form of store credit/voucher not the actual amount you spent. Please include all original packaging and attach a brief note explaining the defect, or indicate on your receipt the item shipped in error.

    Processing Time
    All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5 business days or sooner.
    Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
    We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
    *Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.




    How Much is Shipping? 

    Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Some items comes with free shipping service.



    Will I be charged a customs fee?
    A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. 
    Customs is an authority or agency in a country responsible for collecting and safeguarding customs duties and for controlling the flow of goods including animals, transports, personal effects and hazardous items in and out of a country.

    As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be if any. The customs fees are based per your government regulations.
    If your package is being held by customs that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.

     

    REFUND POLICY

    **NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS

    **WE WILL ISSUE ONLY STORE VOUCHER/CREDIT

     

    RETURNS FOR STORE VOUCHER/CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Merchandise/Hair must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
    • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
    • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
    • Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
    • Non-returnable merchandise include sale products, formal gowns, swimwear, and bodysuits.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
    • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to TheGaallery
    • Shipping fees are not refundable.
    • TheGaallery diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store voucher/credit.
    • Store Credit is valid only at our store.

     

    RETURN PROCESSING TIME

    • Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store voucher/credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

     

     

    WHEN MAKING ANY RETURN:

    • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
    • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
    • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice or a separate paper.
    • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
